The Admissions Packet consists of an Application for Admission, Student’s Guidance Report, and a Recommendation Form
Sign and deliver to your child’s pastor or minister. Or have a teacher, counselor, or principal write a 1-2 paragraph recommendation.
As a courtesy, include a stamped envelope addressed to the Admissions Office.
