Catholic Theology

A four-year rigorous theology requirement is an integral part of the curriculum.

Course work adheres to a “Christ centered” or Christological curriculum, recommended by the U.S. Catholic Conference of Bishops.

Theology department faculty are certified in their field of study.

The course of studies is diverse and engages you to make theology relevant in your everyday life.

There is a strong emphasis on ecumenism (unity, cooperation, and respect for all faiths).

Classes are both content and process oriented.

The Theology program is at the heart of the mission of a Catholic school. Theology courses are required for each of the eight semesters – one course per semester (two per year), five days a week. All Theology courses are consistent with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Curriculum Frameworks for Catholic High Schools.
