Tuition & Financial Aid

One of the Most Important Investments You Can Make

The investment that you make now will appreciate as your child grows through high school, college and into family, community, business, civic, and Church life.

The benefits of Catholic education are widely known. The overall value of a SFXP education – academic achievement, spiritual formation, opportunity, community – is an investment in the adult your child will become.

The investment that you make now will appreciate as your child grows through high school, college and into family, community, business, civic, and Church life.

Tuition

Tuition

Tuition for the 2019-2020 academic year is $8,815.

Additional Fees

$500 is due upon acceptance. $350 is applied to tuition. $175 is a non-refundable registration fee.

Families of eighth-grade students wishing to participate in the Washington, D.C. trip must pay an additional fee of $1,450.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid

Aid is available through FACE (Foundation To Advance Catholic Education) and SFXP Scholarship Fund.

FACE

FACE uses the FACTS Tuition Management system to gather specific data in order to determine your level of financial aid. Factors, such as income, expenses, household size, and number of children in Catholic schools, are used to help FACE make an informed decision about the amount of financial aid needed for each family.

The application is only available online.

The online FACTS application is available in Spanish.

New applicants can go to www.factstuitionaid.com to register.

Returning students need to update their FACTS application each year.

Complete only one FACTS application for your family, including all students in the family (elementary and high school) on the same form. The cost per application is $15.

Students must be registered at one of the Catholic schools in the Fall River Diocese to be considered for a FACE scholarship. It is very important to have your application complete by the deadline to ensure your family is considered for scholarship opportunities.

New this year, families must submit their application, 2017 Federal tax-returns, 2018 W-2’s and other non-taxable documentation along with the $15 processing fee by February 15, 2019.  2018 tax returns must be submitted by March 15, 2019.

SFXP Scholarship Fund

To apply to the SFXP Scholarship Fund, in addition to the FACTS application, a letter requesting consideration along with a brief explanation of need should be sent to Mrs. Elizabeth Kelley by May 1.

Please contact Sandra Eager, Student Accounts Coordinator, with any questions at 508-771-7200 ext. 124 or seager@sfxp.org.

Please note the deadlines for both scholarships.  In an effort to notify families earlier of financial aid awards the application deadlines for both scholarships have been moved up.

Sibling Discount

Sibling discounts are applied across the entire school, grades five through twelve. The oldest child will be charged full tuition and a 5% discount will be applied to each subsequent child. Families receiving the sibling discount are eligible to apply for financial assistance.

Parish Subsidy

Parents of children registered at Catholic parishes may apply to their pastor for parish assistance toward the support of Catholic education. Typical awards are up to $300 per student. Forms are available in the SFXP office.
